Dear Kindergartner and Family,
Welcome to Kindergarten! My name is Julie Renaud (Reno) and I will be your teacher this year. This will be my 16th year as a teacher at the Robinson School. I am so excited to spend the year with you and watch you grow!
I hope you have been enjoying your summer. I have been having a fun time with my husband and my two girls Kate (13) and Emily (11). We have spent a lot of time in our pool, at the lake, and at the beach!
To help everyone become familiar and comfortable with our program, we have scheduled a 1-hour orientation time this week. Information about the date and time of your orientation have been sent to you individually. Please reach out to the Main Office if you need to confirm your appointment.
This orientation is a time for your new Kindergarten student and 1 parent to see our classroom, meet some of the other children in the class, our assistant teacher Mrs. Allwein (All-Wine) and me. Students will learn about our Classroom routines and The Robinson School. We will show them where to go when they arrive on the bus, how to find their teacher, classroom, and the bathrooms. Parents will have a chance to ask questions to better understand home-school routines, confirm transportation plans, and complete any incomplete paperwork.
I look forward to meeting you and your child soon!
Julie Renaud
